When the one year of my contract was up I contacted Savings and Recovery LLC about my credit. They claimed that I had violated the contract and that I would not be refunded. I then made a claim with the BBB and they new exactly how to play that. On the last rebuttle available with the BBB they posted a paragraph made to look like some part of a contract that I signed. This was not the case. The text was made up, but based on BB rules the case was closed. They new exactly how to play the system. Savings and Recovery LLC is a fraud company and they were able to scam me out of $1200.
