Last November my, husband and I were suckered into signing up with The Tax Club and Advantage Corporation Services after starting our business. We paid a start up payment of $2018.99 to the Tax Club for tax prepartion, $149.95 and $1295.00 to Advantage Corporation Services. We also paid an additional $1100.00 for book keeping services both claiming to save us thousands with our business. It seems that we paid more and saved less.

When it came time to file our taxes we used The Tax Club's Virtual Tax Organizer which proved to most difficult. There was information that we could not provide because there was no caption to put it under. We tried to call and left messages that went unanswered. Finally, out taxes were prepared and we owed over $5000.00 between both Federal and State. Figure that considering we paid that amount for their services. Needless to say we took out taxes to someone else and did end up with a refund.

I cancelled my membership via the Tax Club's and Advatage Corpartions email cancellations department and was still charges monthly payments. Finally, after numerous calls I received a email verifiying cancellation in June. Since my cancellation I has received over eight additional calls from agents wanting to schedule meeting to set up payroll and other services. It seems to be no communication within their departments.

In total with start up fees and monthly fees, we have spent $5101.89. We feel cheated and RIPP OFF.
