I assist my mom, who is 82 years old, in managing her financial affairs. In doing so, I saw her most recent billing statement from American Express. They automatically billed her for a program that she did not sign up for. This is in complete agreement to the Report #218191 that I saw on the Ripoff Report website.

Because my mom did not sign up for a special offer through American Express, it was billed to her account. I will have to contact American Express and have this bill removed from my mother's account.

I know the credit card companies are looking for any way to make more money, but this type of fraudulent billing should never be allowed.

Thank you for your assistance.
