First off, this company took money out of my checking and bounced many items. Then when I told them that I did not want all this special services such as protection and such, they charged me and stated that I didn't fax them the letter in time. I sent the letter on the day they told me too.

They again told me that they would take the money out of my checking and get their money that way. I got ahold of my back and put a stop payment on them for 6 months. But after that I have to do it for another 6 six months. These people will do everything they can to rip off a single mother of three who is trying to get their life back in order!
