I was taking a look at my credit report the other day and I happen to see Double Day book club listed in my negative section of my credit report. I have never heard of this company nor have I ordered anything from this company. I have never recieved any bills or any calls, etc. If so, I would have disputed the company right there and then. So I disputed the company listed on my credit report and is went under investigation, it turns out that they rejected the information I had stated, I put- No knowledge of this account. I have no idea why this turned out on my credit report. It makes me more angry because there is no telephone that you can call, only email.I would like to speak to someone by phone. This is incredible.
I have no idea where they could have got my information, I believe this is fraud! And I have no idea why this is on my credit report. Double Day book club is a SCAM!
