Found an unauthorized charge of 39.95 on my account from EZ Income with phone number 866-583-7789.Talked to "Gretchen" who told me the Manager , a Chris Anderson was too busy to talk to me.After waiting ten minutes I was cut off.

A second charge of 1.95 was charged to my account two weeks later on Sept 2., 2008. I complained again and I was told that they could not reverse the charge.

I then filed a complaint with my bank (WAMU). They too will follow up after I found other complaints on the internet on the same company and the same charges.
