Goozex is a game trading community however they are a business as well and are very deceitful on how they operate.
They hook you in with a Free game offer. Which they do deliver on then you can agree to trade video games with other members. Games are traded and redeemed from other members using a Points system.
However ontop of the points you need Trade Credits and it is not until it is too late that you find out that you don't earn these credits. They need to be bought.
The site does not tell you this and they give you a freebie to hook you in. Also for the 2 games I did trade which were mint condition and barely played I got 2 games with no case, of obvious lesser value than what I traded in.
The point value (points can also be perchased however this fact is stated) amounted to about $35 after receiving the 2 games I did. After finding out how things worked I wanted out of this store disguised as a community I have been demanding they pay me for the points I have left and can't spend but they have no responded and I have no choice but to take action as other members of the community nor the staff were helpful.

I have been satisfied with goozex, they are sorta slow but also sorta legit well, mostly legit I actually ordered 3 games from them and got all 3 in the condition I requested, you can actually select the condition of the games, this should help you if you decide to get a game or something in the near future its actually quite simple, just choose what condition you are wanting the game sent to you in.
