Rhinomart No Money and No items after 8 weeks! Chino, California

I placed my order with Rhinomart on 2/5. They made me jump through hoops on their paperwork for two weeks, and then finally in week 3 one box showed up when I'd ordered about $500 worth of items. Customer service handed me excuse after excuse during weeks 3-6, then vanished. It is now 3/28 and I still don't have all of my items! Not only that, but super sketchy Rhinomart has now taken all of their customer contact information off of their website, disabled their online chat option, and when you call you get either a busy signal or an error message. These people are con artists. Check the reviews and you'll find several other stories that are similar to mine. They've flat out disappeared. I even attempted to contact the owner, Drawlon Tsang via Facebook and let him know about the problem. He flat out ignored me. I've filed complaints with the BBB, the California Attorney General's office, and the FTC. If fraud protection on my account doesn't cover what I'm out, I'm just going to have to flat out sue these people. Anybody in the mood for a class action lawsuit?
The event that I'd order these items for passed a month ago. The ones that showed up are of a mediocre quality at best. If you haven't done any business with Rhinomart, don't. If you have, I urge you to file complaints with anyone who will listen, and sue them if you have to. These people don't need to be in business anymore if this is how they run things.

Well, Rhinomart got mad and deleted their Facebook page when I posted that their customers are not getting any items or refunds and their customer service department has vanished. Any company that was being falsely accused of such wrong doing would've defended themselves or deleted the comment, not erased their entire page. Drawlon Tsang still has his Facebook on there, but I doubt you'll have the ability to message him. Be forewarned that Rhinomart is not likely to respond to any customer emails or messages at this point. I think we'll just have to sue to get our money back. What a bunch of scumbags!
The Better Business Bureau emailed me today to let me know that my official complaint was received and the company has 14 days to respond. I'll let you know how it goes. Now I just have to wait for the FTC and the Attorney General to do their thing. I don't know about you guys, but I'm not going away until I get my money! Do not take this lying down! Rhinomart still has their website up, and that means they get to rip new people off everyday. The only way to stop them is by standing up and taking back what we're owed!

The owner of Rhino Mart, Drawlon Tseng, is now running a web development company called www.oscommercewebdevelopment.com. He continued his LOUSY SERVICE and scam his customers at this new company of his. Please be aware!!
