Unwanted charges are showing up on my bank statement from TLG, and there is not an account number associated with this. the telephone number that appears on the statement is not the telephone number for this company. When I did receive the correct telephone number I continue to get a tape recorded number stated that because of the high volume of calls I should try my call at a later time.

This has been going on for numerous days and I am sick and tired of being sick and tired of trying to resolve this problem.

I ordered a gift from Miles Kimble and was transferred to Shoppers Advantage at the end of the order and that is how this nightmare began. I just want to be reimbursed my $14.99 and have this charge not appear on my statement again.
