I noticed an unauthorized charge of $120 by TLG ShoppersAdv to my MC credit card and phoned the card company. They told me I should phone the company that made the charge and gave the 800 number.

I phoned and asked why my card had been charged and they said that I had been sent a mail offer with a thirty day free trial and that the $120 was the membership fee. I told them I had NEVER accepted any offer nor authorized any charges to my credit card and that I allways shred and discard any junk mail.

This is theft and fraud for unauthorized use of my credit card number and should be treated as a criminal act.
