I did not order and never received any products. I sent emails to all address I had but no responses my email. They collected my money with different address and name. Derma Juvenate RIP OFF I just received one of the two orders I was charged for about 3 days ago and today 15th I was charged 89.31 on my visa when I called the 1888 # I was told if I wanted to cancel I had to return the 1 sample I received at my expense but I would still be charged the 3.99 + 4.99 + 89.31 and they won't cancel the order until they receive the sample back and since I only received one of the order they will probably not cancel the order at all because they will say they didn't receive both samples back ..... so now I will cancel my visa on Monday and learn from this lesson to never ever buy anything or trail anything again off the internet.
