Standard Capitol US.com I found this company on the internet. They informed me that they found purchasers for bank forclosed or pending forclosure properties. Many of the areas are not choice neighborhoods. However, they will imply that they have properties in desirable neighborhoods; that they don't; to encourage to become a member of their website. Once you become a member, none of areas of interest to most are not avaible and you end paying 199.00 for list mostly undesirable foreclosed properties. Carpinteria California Author:

American Online Standard Had to pay a $199 fee before I could see listings & the $199 fee was for the title search to make sure there were no leins on the house. Sent letters out to the listings & never received any word. Apparently the only way you will get your money back is if you send them 3 letters from the made up addresses stating they were not interested in selling. Ventura California Author:

OCWEN I've lost my house to FORECLOSURE, because OCWEN didn't approved our LOAN MODIFICATION. We both lost our jobs and we had a difficult time finding new ones back in 2009 (worked for the same company). We then decided to sell everything that had any value to create a "job" for both of us. In March of 2010 we've open a small minimarket 3 blocks away from the house. All this time talking to Ocwen informing them that we were going to make payments again if they modified our loan. They didn't in 2010, they didn't in 2011 and in 2012 we've lost our house to foreclosure. When we've purchased the house we gave them a downpayment of $90 K., and within 1 month we starting remodeling our home and spent $120 K.
