	16, Report #1050993 May 14 2013 07:12 PM	Pimsleur Approach Few others has fallen victom to this so called Course Program that Pimsleur Approach has used. Basically I saw a short video advertisement explaining about the Pimsleur Approach about learning the basics of a language within just 10 minutes a day and about the next 10 days with just these 10 minutes a day learning CDs they offer. They offered a sale price of $10.00 or so and I agreed to give it a try. What they did not tell you is by buying their product you also agreed to be signed up under their Course Learning Program for the selected language you have selected for. Thus this gives them the ability to continously send you their products to you every so months. Once I recieved the next product labeled Gold Edition, I was positive I did not place another order. I checked the invoice and it shows no charges. Only product ID. There was a little piece of paper inside of the CD explaining about their so called great Course Learning Program in "Advertisement Format" and telling me to try it out for 30 days and I will be charged monthly installments of $64.00 to my card if I agree to keep the program. I was not interested, and figured the product they sent me was a gift to show how much this program can offer. Little did I know, the package they sent me was exactly that Course Learning Program. Two months later I recieved another packaged labelled Gold Edition 2. I was like "Somethings wrong here, why would they send me another one if I was not interested in the program". Called them up and they said I owe them $128.00 for the first Gold Edition, and will soon owe them another $64.00 this month for the first Gold Edition PLUS another additional $64.00 for the SECOND Gold Edition. I refused to pay for this. Not only that they said I have agreed to this. I said no I did not. Apparently, they told me by purchasing my first product of $10.99 I have agreed to be signed up under this just by purchasing the first set of CDs. I told them I will not pay for something they never told me about when I first bought these CDs. They were willing to accept the Gold Edtion 2 back for return without charge but will not accept the Gold Edition 1 due to my late payments of $128.00. They will not even pay for the Shipping and Handling part as well and that is at my own expense. I refused to give them any money at all. Do NOT BUY from Pimsleur Approach. Because if you buy ANYTHING from them, they will charge you for every other products they offer until you run dry. And even you are out of money, they will still continue to send you products until you physically call in and say to cancel your account with them. They will scam you into everything they have all because you decided to buy just one item from them.
