Wellington Retreat - Dr. Moran Dr. Moran's Wellington Retreat is the most impressive and amazing dual diagnosis center. My daughter, age 22, has been in 9 facilities. We have finally found success in this wonderful addiction/psyciatric facility. The Family Retreatr Weekend was expecially worthwhile. We learned so much while attending seminars with the other parents who are going through the same anguish as we were. The 3 professional doctors run a state of the art treatment center.
