www.wigsell.com I believe this website may be a scam. I purchased a cosplay wig a little over a month ago. April 12, 2013 money was taken out of my account to purchase the product. Since then, I have received no information or shipping tracking as their website indicates. In the shipping information, it indicates that if a wig has to be made, it could take up to 20 days, even with that time the item should have been on its way already. When I emailed a few weeks ago, I received no response to my inquiries. I did receive an email from DHL (indicated on their site as a delivery source). The email had no valid tracking information and when it gave me a link to open, to check the status of the delivery, it was a virus. I was lucky that my virus protection caught it and protected my computer, but that made me extremely suspicious to the site now. I have emailed them again, but I doubt I will hear anything. catsmeow.com My husband saw this cat toy on television and thought we should order one. I went to the website and placed my order for 1 (ONE) Cat's Meow at $19.99. It is a buy 1, get 1 FREE, but you do pay shipping on the second toy. I did understand this when I checked out. As I was trying to check out, you get all of these pop-ups wanting you to buy more toys. I clicked NO on all of them and to please continue to checkout. The shipping costs did not show until I completed my order. When I received my order receipt, I have been charged for 2 which means I was charged $72 for 4 cat toys. I immediately called the customer service number and explained I was charge for 2. Customer service said they could not see my order until the next day when it would process and I should call back within 24 hours. I called first thing the next morning and the representative told me the order has already shipped out!! She said when I receive the order, to just send the one back. It will be paying for the shipping. Do not buy from anything "As Seen On TV", especially a company called The Cat's Meow. Internet Internet Author:
