For the past month (at least)I have had a recurring problem with my cable service, at least once weekly.

I have repeatedly called my local cable office, but no one has responded.

I finally called corporate; after holding for ONE HOUR, was finally able to leave a message. I was promised (automated of course, no humans there, I guess) that I would be contacted within 24 hours. MUCH later, still no response.

I am completely unable to get a human being to return calls about this problem!
