I enjoy My Comcast. 500,000 other customers in the twin cities agree. It's an luxury but competitively priced with Dish and Qwest. I pay as I go, they have help available 24/7 free. They will send a tech out for only $27 dollars if your too cheep to pay for the insurance. I don't know what your complaining about? Fastest internet, phone to compete with qwest. I pay with tax 152.00 per month for all three services, it's rare to have it go out. I use them every day. I spend more going out to eat in a week.
And when the service is out I usually have next day help. Oh and I READ if the TV goes out for a day or two God forbid.
Remember you don't have to pat for cable! you can get your local stations for free.
Lets break down the 75 per month $2.50 per day to watch your favorite shows, usually when you want on demand. Quit complaining!
Taxes and surcharges is uncle sam, like when you buy stuff you pay tax. You know that happens every time you buy something. With all those customers there is only three complaints here, I think that speaks volumes about how good the service really is.
