I was scammed by Dish Network from day one, took the promotion hook line and sinker. BEWARE!!! I was CHARGED CHARGED CHARGED and paid $170 to get away from them. Couldn't take anymore after 20 months. They are scheming to get you under contract, then extend that 2 years each time you change or upgrade equipment. Plus charge you $200 for the equipment. You return that paid equipment at the end. Now I have to climb up on the ridge of a steep roof, 35 feet up, to retrieve part from the dish and return with the receivers or pay out the yin yang for that, along with the $30 return shipping $15 for each receiver. !!!!!BEWARE of DISH NETWORK!!!!! !!!!STAY AWAY!!!!

Hello, I came across your post and wanted to give some clarification on your issue. When you upgrade your equipment, you may be subject to an upgrade fee, and it does require a 24 month commitment to upgrade. If you choose to use our labels, they are $15 per label, but you do have the option to use another shipping source. Please send me an email at
becki.barned@dishnetwork.com so that I can review your account and the concerns that you have. Thank you!
