Sadly we have Primecast (primecrap we call them) here at the Trump (the Dump) Hollywood in Hollywood Florida. We have had the service go out numerous times, be on HOURs with stupid customer service people who sound like they are characters straight of the of the move Deliverance (look it up, Burt Reynolds-frightening) They can never fix the problem and this past time I hung up on them and did it myself (which was amazing I could) We've had to have the technicians out before and they took hours and couldn't even help us program the remote control for the TV (He did NOT know how) I cannot stand them and highly recommend you not go with them for your building/community.
