Allegiance Communication Cable Internet Provider ripoff Fort Riley Kansas

We Currently Only Have Allegiance Communications As Our Local Cable Provider Because We live on A Military Base. We Pay For Phone, Net, and Cable threw the company. They say they are the most Reliable Service in our Area, Which Is Not true. We Spend More Time Trying to get them to fix our service than we actually get to use it. They charge use overage when we have to work twice as hard to finish what we where trying to do online in the first place.

This Company is a Scam. Customer Service gives us the run around when we call to get information on why our service went out in the first place. each time we get a different answer or they just dont answer the phone. It took a week to get them to fix our net only to have it go out 5 minutes after they pulled out of the drive. and the tech who came out said it wouldnt go out again. so we had to wait even longer to get them to come out and fix it again. and it went out again a day later.

this is horrible service and a complete rip off This company needs to be put out of business.
They have customer service but none that is 24 hours. If you want a rip off this is the company for you
