I requested the bundle services for my home- landline phone, internet and the new uverse cable service. The staff at the store was very helpful but seem to have no information or connection to the uverse installation. I determined this only after I had a problem.

Once I had signed up for the service the installer tech showed up - I was not home but I had my adult son there. The service installer spent a long time in my bedroom and said he had difficulty but finally had it installed. My son did not check the tv. When I came home  to watch my new cable I didn't have any service. So I call and they send me through the phone service center- this takes like 1 and half hours while they go over their written directions. This  still does not resolve the problem. So I demand someone else come out and fix it because I am not going to spend the time on the phone to resolve their problem. I also haven't been able to set up my internet.

A new technician shows up at the end of the day and starts working on it and he notices that the connection to the tv is too loose and that someone has damaged it. He also said he didn't have the time for my computer to boot up and I would have to call about that. I had the tv for a about a year and half and never touched it since I installed it. I had never even dusted it. Well long story short, this blows the tv.

I filed a claim and I didn't hear anything back. Finally they send the supervisor of the installers and he looks at the tv. I finally hear back from the AT&T insurance claims person and they said they are not paying the claim because the tech said he didn't do it. REALLY! I state that it had to be them because it has set there for close to 2 years working fine and never touched. I went through all of the hoops only for the basis of the claim to be denied because it is based on the technician's word. He said he didn't do it so therefore he didn't! Not exactly what I call resolution.
