Today our cable was turned off for the third time in three weeks. It appears that our payments are not being posted. Every time we call and ask why is our cable being disconnected they tell us that we owe a payment. We received only one bill prior to the incidents. The current bill has not come in the mail yet. We paid more than the minimum (min-160.00 payed-320.00).

When we called today we had to pay an additional $70.00. We asked to speak to someone in charge, we were put on hold. After 30 minutes of waiting we called back again. We were attacked right from the start. This man-child supervisor obviously iritated before we spoke to him. We tried to communicate as to what is going on and we were getting frustrated while talking with him. The man-child supervisor asked, "Your cable is on now.

So why are you asking to speak to me." (Insult #1). In his mind our situation was minimal, not important. We asked about the payments not being posted. He gave us some BS that our payments were reversed, and we shouldn't make a payment if we did not have the money in our account (Insult #2). My wife was so frustrated with this man-child supervisor and his insults she told him she would pay the rest of the bill and go elsewhere. The man-child supervisor's reply was "Good".

It seems apparent that Charter Cable has too many customers and they don't care abought one little account. By the way my neighbor just recently had a similar experiance with billing and had to fight with representatives of Charter Cable. Charter Cable is not the only game in town nor is it the best. They are losing customers because of the lack of customer service. Like I said, they are not the best, their HD is limited....phone service goes out weekly, their boxes are horrible (changed 3 or 4 times in one year). Internet seems reliable (only 1 incident).
