Charter Cable ripoff, service down most of the time LaGrange Georgia

I have lived In LaGrange, Ga. for 3 yrs now and I have Never(!!) had problems with a cable co. like Charter!
Most of the time the channels flip in and out, Video on Demand is a JOKE!

We've tried several times to order these movies and 9 out of 10 times the movies can't be watched because of them cutting in and out.

We've called Charter countless times, had them out to check the box and modem and of course they can't find the problem. All of this after waiting within their window box of 4 hours for them to show up.

We also have the highspeed interent with Charter, and you guessed it, problems, and more problems with that service too.

They continue to tell that they're sorry for the inconvience, but they still expect us to pay our bill every month for service that they don't provide as promised. We live in an area that we can't get Direct T.V. so our only option is Charter.

Thank God we will be moving here shortly, back to a state that provides a service that works!

If anyone knows where I can file a formal complaint, please tell me. I know they think that one person being dissatisfied with their service is no big deal and a formal complaint might do nothing, but I want to give it a shot!

Saying that, I also know that a lot of people just put up with it and never report it to anyone, how sad is that(?)

We work very hard for our money, as we all do, and to pay for a service that continues to provide no service at all (?) Something has to be done!
