Charter Cable XXX Movie Charges Every month on almost the same dates Internet

For the last four months we have gotten a bill with anywhere from 4-12 XXX movies on our bill all around the 20th-24th of the month. We have called numerous times and no one will help us.

After hours on the phone they take a few off. We cancelled our video on demand service....you can't even order any movie from the box!!!! We have written letters to the address on our bill and they are returned. We asked for another address and no answer was recieved.

I asked if they could be splicing into our line and we were told this was not possible. No one looked at anything though.

This is just pure theft in my book!!
