I have had an on going issue with several different problems with my Comcast service since we first got it back September 4, 2008. I have been given the run around, various stories and explanations, have had excuses. When I ask to speak to a manager I am told they will have to send an email to one and they will call me back. No one ever does. I have written them several emails with no results. Only one phone service rep. has ever been nice. She can only do so much. They have not found out what is wrong with my modem/internet/phone. They have blamed it on all but themselves. I have several ongoing problems with my service anywhere from internet suddenly not working right after they supposedly upgraded it, service not installed properly to begin with, compatibility issues they never told me about, phone service not working right, phone reps lying to me, managers not calling back, techs not showing up for appointment and claiming they did, dispatch setting appointment and not notifying me so I could be there, sending techs out for the wrong service calls, techs claiming there is no problem with any of the internet, cable or phone signals...yet phone techs were on my cell phone with me when I reported problem and they at that moment in time clearly saw a problem, the tech coming out acting like it was my imagination, tech telling me I did not need a virus protection because I was fire walled and had a Gateway for wireless internet and that was enough protection, one tech came and told me whoever installed our triple play had installed wrong. That there was too many splitters and there was an unexplained feed going out of our home that shouldn't be there.... Also we are given all sorts of credit...but we want our service working right instead. There are many more problems...just too many to write.
