Direct TV Charged money I did not owe to card that wasnt mine, POOR billing system Internet

I signed a two year agreement with Direct tv. Every month, the bill was higher and we were always charged wrongly for something, cancelling stations but still charged, discounts promised but not recieved, etc. Finally It was two years and I was finished with the agreement, Same month I moved.

My roommate had Once paid over the phone with his credit card becuz it was late, I asked the lady, one time payment correct, becuz this is not my card. She said yes. My last bill that I owe is $180 which I admit is late.

 Direct tv took it upon themselves to charge my exroomates card$464. 1st problem, this was not even his bill. 2nd problem, i didnt owe $464, only $180. I call, arguing and an hour and a half, He figured out that they charged me an early termination fee that was not supposed to be charged, they credited my account which would take 30 days to be put back on my friends card.
 I also disputed the fact that, How can they just charge someones card that had nothing to do with my bill that I owe. The supervisor stated, they dont know whose card we provided, they dont ask for the name, and they keep it on file no matter what, and that it would not be credited. She said I could file a dispute however it would delay the credit of $280 that was wrongly charged to begin with.

they wrongly charge somone elses card for my bill, more than twice what i owed, yet it will take them more than 30 days to credit him back what they should have never taken from him in the first place!!!!
