DIRECT TV Thieves! Beware when you cancel Internet, Illinois

I was a customer of Direct TV for 7 years and always paid my bill on time.  I was looking for a better deal, Direct TV was getting too expensive so I got the triple play from Comcast and will save $40 per month.  I gave Direct TV the opportunity to keep me as a good customer but they would not budge on price, so I went with Comcast.  I  canceled my Direct TV service and they said they would send me a box to return my DVR to them, which they did.  I went to Fed Ex with it yesterday.  Ok, no problem, right?  Wrong! They said they would send me final bill. I went online to my bank this morning and the bastards took $70.50 from my debit card for my final bill.  I was never sent one, they just took my money. 

If I had the $70.50 in my account for them I would not be upset like I am right now.  I'm in tears over this.  I had $45 in my account.  After paying my mortgage and buying groceries, the $45 was for gas money to/from the train so I could go to work.  Now, by taking the $70.50, I'm overdrawn by $24 and will have to pay an overdraft free of $35.  I called but they can't give me the money back, but they can sure take it!  I'm having a nervous breakdown over this.  I have enough worries without having to deal with this crap.  If you cancel with them, delete your debit/checking/credit card information so they can't just dip their greedy hands into your hard earned money.  I would have paid them the $70.50 if they would have sent me a bill.  I will never do business with these people again.
