This is a rip-off company. I signed with directTV for a plan with free installation. MDU came to install it. Now They send me a bill each month for a protection plan (I never asked for nor told about) while I receive my cable bill from Direct TV, which I pay each month. When I called them, they said the protection is mandatory. Even directTV don't know about. They are deceiving. I will write to the business bureau and the trade commission. Also file a complaint with the Attorney General. I hope they will go out of business.
