My internet and phone service are constantly disconnected and I have to constantly run to pay phone or run up cell phone minutes to have the customer service agents lie about commercial outages that aren't even occurring (not to mention rudeness & non caring attitudes) NOt only that, the bill comes and they say you can make a payment arrangement and when you call they tell you there arent any payment arrangements. IMAGINE THAT!
