About three months my community switched without notice to Primecast. Previously had another service without problems. Since using Primecast tv service is out after every storm and no one can say when service will be returned. What is so insulting is that I watched  as a technician walk pass me to another apartment not 50 ft away from mine. A week has passed and still without service. Checked internet for complaints against Primecast and found numerous complaints for tv, internet, and phone service.Worst technical and customer service I ever had. Individual consumers and owners of apartment and condo communities BEWARE OF PRIMECAST THEY ARE A RIPOFF and will be a nightmare for you.
