Prime cast is an evil corporation that treats its “customers” like crap.  I have had nothing but issues with this company and so do all of my neighbors. Our HOA while the builder was in charge signed an agreement that we cannot get out of. We have to pay a huge monthly fee and service fees. Because we are locked in if we do not pay then they will take us to court. I had no service for over a week and they wanted to charge me to come out and fix their issue. That was only the latest of constant outages and scrambled pictures.
