After a year and half, beginning April 2008 I had to lose days of work and my personal time having to call and wait for TIME WARNER's service men to fix errors with my home services, at least 3 times a month. They always said they knew what was wrong with my service but the problem was never resolved! And every time I called the company back to complain about my crapy service, they would ask me what day I could be home to wait for another service man to come out to my house to fix the problem, but after a year and a Half, I still have issues with my service and I have been paying, what is now over $130.00 for services nonrenderd and unsatisfactory!!!  The credit I did get was 99cents a day for 55 cents for all my missed days from work and my days with my family on my days off! That credit was usually about 30 dollars because I didn't call them everyday while my services was not working properly!!?  I spent two Saturdays on my days off waiting for the serviceman to come work on my faulty service but they never showed up or CALLED to let me know they were cancelling my service date. After all this time, TIME WARNER finally had to replace wires and boxes outside in the ally way so that my service can somewhat work. Now that I wish to rid my account because TIME WARNER seems only to care about getting paid for services they are not properly giving customers, I find that I am stuck having to pay $40.00 dollars so a serviceman can come out to my house to disconnect the cable and telephone line... Is there any way I can take these THEIVES to small claims court and sue them for services none rendered, being Charged for every little thing in the book and for not properly crediting me when the problem was theres all along?
