i tried to order a nikon d300 digital camera using the bill me later don't pay until 6 months terms and agreement. they then ask for a billing/shipping address. then they ask for your birth date and last 4 digit of social security no.# then you check the box and agree to the terms of bill me later.then they say they are having problems bring up your account try re-entering your credit card no.#.even though i was never asked to enter it in the first place. bill me later is subject to credit approval.
i was sent a letter saying sorry i was denied credit. that meant to me sorry no deal. the camera cost $1799. i had $1002. in my checking account. they withdrew the whole amount without my permission. i now have overdraft fees and a negative 780 something in my account. what can i do about this. i wish the person trying the bs was in my face. i am very angry. this is christmas and i have kids

Return the camera if they sent it to you, or call their customer service dept and have them cancel the sale. The call your bank, explain what happened and ask if they'll refund the overdraft fee (longshot).
If you got the camera, Ritz is in Manhattan, NY and short trip from Jersey City, you could return it in person.
