1 Way Photo - 1WAYPHOTO.COM Charged me for a warranty on a camera I didn't buy and will not refund it Brooklyn New York

I had purchased warranties for video cameras I never bought with this establishment, 1wayphoto.com. Shortly after making the order on the internet, I found out that this establishment conducts bad business by reeling people in with their low prices to sell them warranty and extra items at ridiciously high prices. Shame on me for not researching first. After two hours from placing the order, I called the establishment to request a refund, the operatior said that the warranties were already shipped out and hung up on me. I later called and they said that the warranties were non-refundable. I researched the website and found that there is no mention of warranties being non-refundable. Their policy clearly states that all items have a 7-day grace period for all refunds. I called the establishement a third time and gave these reasons for my argument. The operator said that the website did state that all warranties are non-refundable, which isn't true, and he said that it was stated under the website policy, which isn't true, either. The only mention on the policy about warranties is line 7: 7. We cannot accept any returns on products with filled-out warranty cards or product registrations. I repeated this to the operator and told him that I haven't even recieved the item. He said to call back when I recieved the item and hung up again. This company has many reports with the BBB about this same incident being conducted over and over.
