Do NOT be mislead by the fake low-priced products this company advertises! They did to me EXACTLY as others on this ripoffreport.com have described. I ordered just a camera, at $100 below any other company's advertised price. Should have been a clue to me, but I thought hey, they must buy in bulk, they're on the coast and must have some kind of good shipping arrangement.

I will never again order online from an unknown company without first doing a search for complaints! By the time the fast-talking sales person was done with me, I had agreed to a $579 charge for a $199 camera. He made it sound like the battery provided would only allow for 20 pictures, and no other 4 GB ultra hi-speed card would work well like theirs - that's why I needed to buy all their add-on accessories.

As I was talking to him, I searched online for 4 GB hi-speed SD cards and found them for $15 at Amazon, and I told him so. He had a fancy, sincere-sounding, fast-talking answer for that, so I began to doubt what I even knew!

As soon as I hung up from talking to the sales person, something told me to do a search for complaints on 86th Street Video, and boy did I find plenty!
I turned right around and called to cancel, only to get a voice mail (about 4pm) I left a voice mail to cancel, followed up by an email to cancel, but to be sure, I then called my credit card company and cancelled the card, so they could not charge me.

Please don't think you'll take the chance so you can get a low price camera - it won't be low price, once they are done with you! If you don't agree to the unbelievably high-priced add-on accessories, you won't get the low priced camera, trust me.
