I called the Camera Giants to order a Sony HDR-SR11 camcorder. I was told they had 20 in stock. After I gave him my credit card information, he began to press me to order a "Package deal". I told him that I wasn't interested and that I only wanted the camera. Now all of a sudden, they didnt have any cameras in stock ( big surprise!) unless I ordered a package (for an extra $1200) AVOID AT ALL COST!! The Camera Giants is a SCAM!!!
They are a typical internet SCAM COMPANY!! Save yourself the trouble and buy from a legit company.

After being told to call "Customer Service" I sat on the phone 20 minutes to talk with an agent. Once it was my turn, the recording stated everyone was out to lunch. On the third try, the department was closed. DON'T buy from CAMERA GIANTS. They do not have a customer service department. They are a complete SCAM!!!
