Canon Rebate rip off, claiming UPC codes were not with rebate off... I made SURE I put them in envelope Worldwide Texas

I purchased a Canon EOS 30S Digital SLR cit, with 2 lenses and accessories. I was told that I would get a $220 rebate. I mailed in everything they told me to and when I called to check on the rebate, it was only for $100. They claim to not have the correct upc code on the lens. Everything was mailed in the envelope and now I am shorted $120.

The offer was if you purchase 2 of the items on this list, your rebate doubles. Because they will only accept 1, my rebate is down to $100.00
