On 29th November 09 I bought a Canon G10 camera advertised on Citizoo's French internet site.  It was advertised for €350.23 with €16.68 delivery in France, and the advert stated that the camera was in stock and delivery was 3--5 days.  I paid by Master Card debit card.

Citizoo sent me an order number (131266628), correctly repeated billing and delivery addresses and the total cost of €366.91.  My card was debited on 2nd December 09, for €365.82.

No camera has been delivered.  I have emailed the company several times and received no reply or acknowledgement.  I cannot find a phone number anywhere on their site.  It might be reasonabe to assume this was a simple delay, but I now find there are numerous people complaining on the internet about Citizoo's non-delivery, or delivery of second hand goods for new. At the very least, very late delivery when claiming the merchandise is in stock and 3-5 days as normal appears to be company practice.
