1) Won an auction for Sony 11-18mm camera lens. ($225.50) Great Deal!!

2) Credit card charged within minutes of end of auction. (wrong sales tax amount.. but I digress..)

3) FOUR Days later receive notice that they cannot deliver item,
because:

a) they can't find it.

b) no substitute available.

c) human error - you know - we're very sorry, bla bla bla....

4) Vendor says credit will be immediate to my credit card, BUT

a) not completed, not initiated, I'm stupid I guess to believe..

SO... b) I filed credit card dispute (already been billed for it)

5) Same item is now online for another auction (they must have found one).

6) Identical item auctioned after this one sold for $270.01

Gee, I wonder why mine can't be found? ($225.50)

BUT- The same one that sold for $270.01 can be found and shipped.

7) Maybe I'm naive, maybe I'm stupid -- but I'll NEVER do business with these frauds again!!! (I promise to learn from my misteaks!!)

Um, where did this auction take place? Because Best Buy outlet stores do not auction off items.

Best Buy Outlet Store routinely runs auctions on EBay. Today they are again auctioning the exact item that I "won" in an auction on Deal-a-Deal.com but couldn't get delivery.
