I ordered on June 9, 2008 a camcorder tripod that was shown on their website to have a built in remote control. I paid $9 to get it shipped within 4 days and it took almost 9 days. when I opened the package it was not what I had ordered. They provided a very low quality tripod with a clip on remote control. when I told them they basically said they wanted my phone number so they could talk to me. I gave them the number but they never called. i wrote again to them and requested an RMA. They said that the everyone that had order that tripod they had on the web site were very happy with it and just could not figure out we were not. I wrote back and said it is not what we ordered. I paid with a credit card through Paypal. Paypal really is worthless when it comes to the buyer.

I feel these people have in the past deceived other customers (based on their comments). this is truly a bait and switch operation. These people are committing a crime and quite frankly NY police will not handle....too small.

so I am turning to you folks in hopes of preventing others from getting into the same mess. My credit card company told me to wait a week and see if they provide an RMA. If they do not then I can call my credit card back and they will charge back the amount I paid.

Oh yes, this company's customer "service" said I would be charged a restocking fee of 15.00. I said why since you did not send what I ordered.....no answer.

Buyers be aware....this is a bad company....a bunch of thiefs. They hope you are too lazy to act....I run a small video company and I cannot stand this type of customer abuse.
