Domnica Negoita mymusic- Never delivered my Nikon D90 Bologna, Other

On October 7th of 2009 I saw a Nikon D90 camera on Amazon.com that I wanted to purchase. I contacted the seller and asked if it was really in new condition. He replied that it was. I went back on Amazon.com to buy it and it was not there. I emailed him to see if he had sold it and he replied that he still had it. I searched for hours could not find it on Amazons site. I emailed him again looking for it and he asked if I wanted to buy it. He said he would get Amazon to process the order. A few minutes later I received a "thank you for your purchase" email from Amazon with payment information explaining that this merchant could not receive credit card payments so I would have to use a money gram. (I have purchased many things from Amazon and this was an original receipt that was forged. It looks real). I clicked on the emails hyperlink to contact Amazon which opened an email directed to "marketplace-support@live.com". I wrote that I was not comfortable sending money since I didn't know the seller. A few minutes later I received another email stating that it was okay and he was a certified seller and it included the info for the money gram. I went out and got the money gram. I was instructed to email the money gram info back to Amazon which is what I thought I was doing when clicking on the enclosed hyperlink. Much to my dismay "marketplace-support@live.com" is not an Amazon email address. So the money gram info was not being filtered by Amazon. The money gram went to Domnica Negoita in Bologna Italy on October 7th. I have emailed him numerous times questioning the delivery status and he has not contacted me. He had the same camera posted on another site dslrcamera.com that also had an "add to cart" button that linked to Amazon. I sent Money gram info for $520 for the camera, $10 for shipping and the transaction cost me $16. Amazon spun me in circles for the last few days. I am not happy with their handling of this matter. He still has an active account with them after several complaints were filed.
