FlyOnTheWall.uk.com Does not supply goods paid for, does not reply to email or phone, Internet

I ordered a CCTV camera over the internet on the 6th December 2011.  I received an acknowledgement by return which said the delivery would be Standard Next day for 5 ukp.  In fact the site said that the delivery would be anything from 3 to 6 days later.  So I waited.

At the close of 12th December 2011, I decided that I had waited long enough.  I had had no further communication to say either that the camera had been despatched or that it was out of stock.  I established that my credit card account had already been debited and that was on the 6th December.  So they were taking my money with no apparent intntion to deliver the goods.

So I started to ring them,  The answer service had three routes, Sales, Order Query and Other.  All led only to an answer machine and whatever I left on it I got no reply.

Admittedly their site said they preferred e-mails, so I have now sent them two e-mails.

I have rung up Barclaycard to put reverse the transaction and they said they would be putting some forms in the post.

I left a very short message on their sales answering machine earlier today; the sleepy guy that rang back a few hours later said he would look into my order and ring me back.  But I have heard nothing further.  But he did ring from a different number to their internet answering machine; he rang from 020 8354 2051 which might be useful to ring back on.

I told this guy that he was going to lose business for failure to provide any service; he did not seem too bothered.

Don't buy from FlyOnTheWall.uk.com.  They are not interested in providing you the goods you order, they only take your mony, so don't let them have that either.
