Purchased a Nikon D5000 USA Model from the Fumfie.com but they sent me a Grey Market Model instead.  The serial number came up as not valid when I tried to register the camera at Nikon USA.  Was told by Nikon USA that the model I purchased was a Grey Market Model and that Nikon USA would not provide techincal support or warrenty service on the camera.

After learning this I tried to phone Fumfie.com and ask for a refund but no one whould answer the phone. 

I contacted the bank that issued the credit card that I used to purchase this camera and am disputing this transaction with Fumfie.com.
