These theives got me too! I was in town on vacation and purchased an iphone. Once I got home I discovered the phone is completely useless and it was an old one. They showed me a brand new item while in the store and then gave me a bag with something completely different in it when I checked out! They also put a receipt in the bag that is not itemized and they stamp no returns/exchanges within 7 days on it. They are playing a game that the customer simply cannot win. Once they've got your money, even if you discover the fraud, they've got your money!!! You will not get it back.

These people are professional con artists and prey on tourists because we usually don't discover the fraud until we return home. By then, its too late to go back to the store and they won't take your phone calls when you call to complain. They have been getting away with ripping people off because most people don't report them.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this store. If you discover that they indeed ripped you off, please REPORT THEM!! I reported them to the BBB, my credit card company and every website I possibly can. They have been in business several years and they are still in business because there have not been enough complaints to the right authority of their fraudulent activity for anyone to do anything about it. When I reported them to Visa, they said my report was the first complaint they received about them. Don't let them get away with this!!!

I did some research on this company and found that they have a second location on 5th Avenue and has annual sales of $500,000 to $1 million each year!!! They are raking it in by taking advantage of people mostly tourists. The owner is Joey Levan and this fat rat is sitting back on Easy Street while hardworking people like myself can't even make a simple purchase without getting scammed!!
