Mack Camera Service CVonfirmation I bought a warnity from Mack Camera on a new camera. I sent it to them ups and got a conformation of them recieveing it. It has been 46 days since Tony signed oe reciept of recieveing it. Springfield, New Jersey

I bought a camera with extended insurance. i can not get my camera back. a man by the name of tony with mack camera recvieved it 46 days ago. all they do is tell me they are working on it. now they tell me they sent it back to the factory.i can not get any responce of a factory number. my ra number is 315741. i need help with this company
