On Time Digital - Rude And Unprofessional Service Nikon Coolpix S60 camera rude customer service agents Brooklyn New York

I ordered a Nikon S60 Coolpix camera. I received an email saying 'please call to confirm your order' which raised a danger flag right away for me. I called. I waited in a queue for approximately 10 minutes.

1. The camera as listed did not come with a battery, and they wanted $60 more for a 2 hour battery. This is when I became aware of a looming scam.
2. I felt uncomfortable with the deal and asked to please cancel the order.
3. The customer service rep (email from him says his name is James Wexler) called me an "IDIOT" for wanting to cancel the order.
4. The customer service rep as well as the on hold voices were irritatingly Brooklyn accents. The attitude was Brooklyn as well.

5. I was repeatedly called 'Sir' eventhough I am female. Granted, my voice is a little low in the morning, but come on.
6. I told the rep that I was not an idiot and that I was also female which made him an idiot for calling me 'Sir' at least 10 times. He laughed nervously and I hung up the phone.

I'm glad I did not order from them. Typical Brooklyn high school dropout mentality.
