On December 18 I made a purchase from Provantage.com.  Everything seemed to be going smoothly and I received an order confirmation.  However, after 1 month I still haven't receive my item or got my money back.

I have attempted to call Provantage numerous times and always been put on hold.  I have stayed on hold for long periods of time and a representative has never came.  This has been the worst customer service I have ever seen and I will never buy anything from them again.

Please, while the deals look good, I beg you not to piss your money away with this website.  It is a 100% SCAM!  I hope this helped people out.
