Regency Camera Fraud

Hello, I'm writing you again to give you more information about Regency Camera. I will repeat what happened. My friend ordered a Rebel 2000 and got an EOS 300 instead. The total cost was 440.00. He did not order an EOS 300 and has come to find that this is a european equivalent that does not have a US warranty. This is a gray item were told. Armando was not notified of this and thought he was getting a Rebel 2000.Upon notifying the supervisor of his having recieved a different camera, he was told to send it back but would have to pay shipping and a 10% re-stocking fee. The total cost of 60 dollars or more. Why should Armando have to pay this when they decieved him!
