This company is a total scam and should not be allowed to do business in the USA. They make totally false claims on their website, about their merchandise being brand new, with usa warranty's and for the lowest price, but once you contact them then the deception really begins.
I called instead of placing an online order because I needed a replacement camera for a video shoot and know that sometimes websites will claim to have Items in stock only to claim they are backorder once you have ordered from them and they posted the lowest posible price for the panasonic dvx100b $999.
So after getiing on the phone with the salesman who was rude and never even gave his name, I was told that price was for a refurbished model which they didnt have in stock anymore. this is 2 lies in a row now because the website still says they carry the items in stock brand new.
then he tells me for $1479 I can buy the import model not supported with a us warranty, and that I can buy the 2 yr warranty for an additional $499. I refuse the warranty and now he tells me the camera doesnt even come with a battery for $1479 and tries to get me to buy an addly battery for another $300.
after agreeing to buy the battery because I still believe I'm doing a legitimate transaction I'm told to call the next day for tracking number. that was a friday. I didnt get to call back till monday and then I'm told the camera is on backorder but they shipped me the accessories for a camera they knew they didnt have in stock and flat out lied.
so I cancelled the order after explaining how their lies have ruined 2 shoots I had to do the following weekend but they have not removed the accessories charges until they recieved return of merchandise. because I was livid about being taken, I called back to get them to remove the accessories charge.
and then someone else gets on the phone and tries to tell me I cant not accept their merchandise until I told her I was calling the better business bureau then I was told I would get a full credit when the items are recieved by them.
dont ever buy anything from these criminals and please someone shut them down. they are ruining internet commerce and holding up legitimate business.
