I ordered a Canon SD950 IS from these people. Foolishly, I let them talk me into also purchasing a "high-capacity" battery (supposedly the battery supplied has to be recharged every two hours [lie number one]).

The camera is grey market -- okay, I don't have a major problem with that, but the price doesn't justify it. The camera does appear to be okay, but the guarantee is not Canon's standard North American guarantee for this product.

The battery they sent is an after-market (third party) cheap version of the standard Canon NB-5L battery, the one they said is too small to do the job adequately.

When I called customer service, they repeatedly hung up on me.

AVOID ALL DEALINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They lied to me. They cheated me.
They refuse to talk to me.
